Once I heard someone complaining about this to InSinkErator support and he got another modified baffle in exchange of his one from the support which allowed draining the water properly. I think this is a pretty good kitchen disposer for anyone looking for a compact garbage disposal. The price is comparatively higher than the Waste King Disposers.
